Ali 'La Tana'

Ali was surrounded by food at an early age. Family meals were at the heart of Ali's childhood, with Ali's mother showing him how to put love into every dish she made. Ali went on to train, and specialise as, an Italian chef in Naples from 2004 - 2007, and then in London during 2009. In 2013 he opened 'La Tana' as manger / owner and with Marco, his head chef, set out to create arguably the best Italian restaurant in Brighton  Ali visits Italy around three times a year to source new wines and new ideas from small local producers which are brought to your table with love and passion!
